Chris Hine joined International Value Advisers, LLC (IVA) in January 2009. Chris works with all fund products. His responsibilities include product valuation, product compliance, audit coordination, tax work, financial reporting, regulatory filings, reconciliation and overall day-to-day operations. Chris also assists the chief financial officer in overseeing service providers.

Prior to joining IVA, Chris was a manager in the hedge fund financial reporting division at Citco Fund Services. Prior to that, he was an assistant vice president in the financial fund administration group for the First Eagle Funds at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC and assistant treasurer at The Bank of New York.

Chris earned a B.A. in government and law from Lafayette College and a M.B.A. from Fordham University.
