Bill Kelly joined International Value Advisers, LLC (IVA) in August 2009 as director of the Eastern division. He is responsible for sales and distribution of the IVA Funds in the Eastern region.

Prior to joining IVA, Bill worked for Merrill Lynch serving as a wealth management specialist for the New York City region. Bill was responsible for the distribution of mutual funds and separately managed accounts across all discretionary and non-discretionary advisory platforms. Bill held similar regional sales positions at J&W Seligman, AXA, and Oppenheimer & Co.

Bill earned a B.A. in political science and economics from St. Bonaventure University. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation.
